CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Please read the following conditions carefully and signal your acceptance
by clicking the "Accept" button below.

PERIOD OF LET:  From 4 pm of day of occupancy.  The house must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

TENANCY:  The numbers of persons occupying the house must not exceed the number for which the accommodation has been set.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to any over the advertised number.  The Letting is for holiday purposes only.  NO PETS.

INSURANCE:  Holiday makers are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover the losses of or damage to personal effects, cancellation expenses in the case of illness etc.  The Owners insure their own property against fire etc.  They will in no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage to holiday makers’ property.

INITIAL PAYMENT: Non-returnable deposit of  30º/o of total rent per week booked required.  Cheques should be made out to Mrs C. E. Fleming and sent to Achavoulin, Blackwaterfoot, Isle of Arran KA27 8EX.

BALANCE OF RENT: Payable twelve weeks prior to the beginning of the tenancy.

GOOD HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT:  Payable by a separate cheque at the time the balance is paid.

CANCELLATION:  Must be made in writing.  If the balance has been paid then it will only be refunded should we be able to re-let in the time available.
